We would have reported on these sooner, but we had to make sure we had our pairs ordered first. Nearly sold out on the site with minimal fanfare, Albam must know they’re on to a good thing. Following on from their deck boots, shoes and chukkas, the Maliseet Oxford is a welcome addition to the series of collaborations with Quoddy. Utilising existing colourways, the signature cross stitching on the toe again marks these out as an Albam special make up.

The peanut colourway was the favoured choice in the Back And Forth camp, but that brick red sole on navy leather is no slouch either. If you enjoyed the boat shoes as much as we did these past twelve months, these Oxfords are an easy choice for the next year and beyond.
